You have to mark the left option:

• Access with Digital Certificate
• The system requires entering the certificate.
• After the option of "Pensioners and Workers" is marked - > "Personal Services" - > "Pensioners and Workers"
• Finally you must choose the option of - > "Current situation report"

It is a document of PDF format that can be recorded on our hard drive and sent to whoever requires it.
